(vegetable salad)

boiling ingredients
4 units large potatoes
2-3 units carrots
1 unit parsnip
½ cup green peas
4-5 units egg
raw ingredients
1 unit small onion, chopped
2 units granny smith apples, peeled
1 unit large radish (or more)
1 unit dill cucumber, chopped
1 tsp mustard
~350 mL mayonnaise (recommend a whole egg, good quality mayo)
to taste salt, pepper, sour cream
