ingredients

for crepes
4 units eggs (whites and yolks separated)
500 mL milk
600 mL water
400 g all purpose flour
to taste salt
garnish icing sugar
for filling
400 g 'farm' or marscapone cheese (must be unsalted)
1 unit egg yolk
2 tbsp sugar
to taste vanilla essence (though usually ends up being a lot)
2-3 tbsp sour cream (or use as compliment when serving)
