(eggs in a tatare sauce)


ingredients

for the sauce
3:1 ratio mayo:mustard
½ bunch chives, chopped
3-4 units radish, finely chopped
1 unit dill cucumber (get the 'polskie ogórki' jar), finely chopped
1 unit egg (hard-boiled), finely chopped
to taste salt and pepper
serve with
as desired hard-boiled eggs, cut in half longitudinally
garnish OPTIONAL, slices of radish, blades of chives, etc...
