SZYKNA W GALARETCIE
(ham and egg jelly)
serves four (4)
finely sliced ham
finely chopped chives
gelatin powder (or 5 pre-soaked leaves)
really warm water
Mash hard-boiled eggs with a fork.
Mix in mayonaise until pasty.
Add chives and mix.
Add about a tablespoon of mixture to each piece of sliced ham and roll closed.
Place in a dish.
Dissolve gelatin in the warm water.
Pour gelatin over ham and eggs.
Set for minimum of 4 hours.
Serve cold. Suitable for any meal of the day - FANTASTIC for hot weather.
